Ø     Be a risk-taker to discover new opportunities.  You must lose sight of the shore to find new oceans. 

Ø     Make the ordinary extraordinary while thinking outside the vanilla box.  Look ever forward into a Technicolor marketplace. 

Ø     Assemble a management team that shares your passion with an unyielding work ethic.  Time should not command boundaries.    

Ø     Be obsessive about your commitment to execution.  Clearly focus on achieving one goal at a time, and know it when you get there. 

Ø     Possess an uncompromising, steadfast moral business compass.  Work reflects your life, along with whom, and what you are. 

Ø     Match your business with other businesses that complement, and embrace your zeal and values.  One and one make three in the technological marketplace. 

Ø     Be confident enough to help and encourage others along the way.  This responsibility will never be fulfilled, but will always be rewarded.  Everyone and everything around you is a teacher.

Ø     Finally, if you can't explain it to your mother or grandmother, don't do it.
