 George Kinzie, Canadian president has an extensive
background in franchising and in the staffing industry. He has been president of
Franchise Recruiters since 1991. Prior to joining Franchise Recruiters he was
the Director of Franchising for two international employment agencies.
Responsible for growth and operations he gained invaluable experience in both
franchising and the intricacies of the placement industry.

An avid supporter of the Canadian Franchise Association, he was elected to the board of directors in 1994 and has served on several committees and participated in numerous CFA programs.
In 1996, Sheila Alianak joined Franchise Recruiters. Sheila brings a background of retailing and being both a franchisor and subsequently a franchisee. Her experience gives Franchise Recruiters a broad base of industry experience and the perspective from both franchisor and franchisee.
