(Search successfully completed July 15.) Regional Operations Director will be hired by internatinal branded system to run the SouthEast Region, preferably from a home based office in Florida. No relocation required. You will be responsible for about 40 units in 5 states for this growing service brand. Candidates must know how to work with franchisees, train, read financials, show leadership capabilities, as well as address and run advertising and marketing programs. The selected candidate will work on improving the bottom line and increasing same store sales year over year. You must understand the FDD, franchisor and franchisee legal relationship, and be capable of enforcing the document. Some travel required, aproximately one day per week from office.
